General terms

These Terms govern your use of OrvixVStaff.pro, a career progression and resume submission portal operated from Malaysia. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility to use the service

To use OrvixVStaff you must be legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction and comply with these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Users must meet the minimum age required by local law to register for employment services. Where local law sets a higher minimum age than the site default, you must comply with that law. We do not knowingly allow accounts for individuals below the applicable age threshold.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, including submitting false information, identity theft, or actions intended to harass or harm others. Use must comply with applicable employment and data protection laws.

Access to OrvixVStaff may be restricted in some countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the service from your location is lawful. OrvixVStaff is operated from Malaysia and subject to Malaysian law.

User accounts

Registration may be required to use certain features such as resume submission, application tracking, and employer communication. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must keep the information in your account, including contact details and employment history, current and accurate. Misleading or fraudulent information may result in account restriction or termination.

Protect your account credentials. Notify OrvixVStaff promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses resulting from failure to safeguard login information.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your account to another person without prior written approval from OrvixVStaff.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via the contact page on OrvixVStaff.pro so we can contribute and take appropriate action.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature of the issue.

Description of services

OrvixVStaff provides an online portal for managing resumes, submitting job applications, accessing career development resources, and connecting with employers. Services include profile hosting, resume parsing, job matching tools, and communication features between candidates and prospective employers.

We may modify, add, or remove features of the service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the site or via registered contact details. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised service.

We aim to keep the platform available, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. OrvixVStaff does not warrant uninterrupted access at all times.

Acceptable use rules

When using OrvixVStaff you must follow the rules below to maintain a safe and productive environment for all users.

  • Provide accurate and lawful information in profiles and applications.
  • Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable laws.
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with site operation.
  • Use the platform for legitimate job search and career progression activities only.
  • Respect other users and do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
  • Comply with any additional rules posted for specific features or integrations.
  • Report suspected fraud, abuse, or security vulnerabilities promptly to support.

User content

User content includes resumes, cover letters, profile information, messages, and other materials you upload or submit to the platform. You are responsible for the content you provide.

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your user content. By submitting content you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so and that the content does not violate third-party rights.

By uploading content to OrvixVStaff you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display the content as necessary to provide the services, enable employer access where you apply, and for backup and operational purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and lawful. OrvixVStaff does not endorse user-submitted content and is not responsible for its accuracy.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. If you request removal of material you submitted, we will make reasonable efforts to comply, while noting that copies may persist in backups or be retained where required by law.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software, and content provided by OrvixVStaff are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our proprietary content except as expressly permitted.

  • Do not reproduce our site design or proprietary components without written permission.
  • Do not remove or alter intellectual property notices on materials obtained from the platform.
  • Respect the activity and branding guidelines of OrvixVStaff when referencing the service externally.

Paid services and billing

OrvixVStaff may offer optional paid features such as premium profile placement, advanced analytics, or assessment tools. These services are subject to additional terms and pricing.

Pricing for paid services will be displayed prior to purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise set out in these Terms.

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize these providers to charge your selected payment method.

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis and will renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation procedures and notice periods will be explained at the point of sale.

Refund policies vary by service; where applicable, refund terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the stated policy and relevant payment provider rules.

You may cancel subscriptions via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect as described in the service-specific terms.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of paid features until payment is received.

Disclaimer

OrvixVStaff provides tools and a platform to assist with career progression and job applications. The platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or salary outcomes. Users are responsible for their own applications and decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrvixVStaff and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the prior 12 months, where applicable.

Third-party services

Integration with third-party services (for example, assessment providers or job boards) is provided for convenience. OrvixVStaff is not responsible for third-party content or services and does not control third-party practices.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal reasons, or security concerns. You may terminate your account by following the account closure procedures in your settings.

Upon termination, access to certain content and features will be removed. We may retain copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or recordkeeping.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data and applies alongside these Terms. By using the platform you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Communications

By providing contact details you agree to receive administrative, transactional, and promotional communications from OrvixVStaff as permitted. You can manage marketing preferences, but administrative messages about account and service status may still be sent.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on OrvixVStaff.pro with the amended effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, subject to any mandatory forum rules.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, parties should first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or litigation in the courts of Malaysia as described in the governing law section.
