OrvixVStaff is organised around a set of core components: template management for resumes and cover letters; a document storage area with version control; an application submission interface that standardises the information sent to employers; and a tracking dashboard that records status updates and communications. Each component is designed to be practical and to reduce repetitive manual tasks during a job search.
Users can create multiple resume versions tailored to different roles, attach supporting documents such as certifications, and store notes on each application. The platform does not act as an employer; it transmits user-submitted documents and records interactions for user reference.
