01

Service components

OrvixVStaff is organised around a set of core components: template management for resumes and cover letters; a document storage area with version control; an application submission interface that standardises the information sent to employers; and a tracking dashboard that records status updates and communications. Each component is designed to be practical and to reduce repetitive manual tasks during a job search.

Users can create multiple resume versions tailored to different roles, attach supporting documents such as certifications, and store notes on each application. The platform does not act as an employer; it transmits user-submitted documents and records interactions for user reference.

02

User accounts and subscriptions

Account types include a free tier with core functionality and a subscription tier that unlocks advanced template sets, expanded storage, and additional export formats. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle and details are provided during signup. Account management tools allow users to update contact details, review billing history, and manage connected devices.

  • Free tier: basic templates and tracking
  • Subscription tier: advanced templates and extra storage
  • Enterprise options: custom integrations for organisations

Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation options are described on the Pricing page. Users should review terms before subscribing and retain copies of receipts for record-keeping.

03

Data handling and privacy

OrvixVStaff handles user data in accordance with stated privacy practices. Personal data provided for profile creation and resume content is used to facilitate the services requested by the user, such as resume formatting and submission. Access controls are applied to protect stored documents and communications.

Users control the content they submit and can request deletion of account data through the account settings or support channels.

Data retention periods and export options are explained in the Privacy Policy. OrvixVStaff maintains logs related to submissions and status changes for operational and auditing purposes, in line with applicable law and policy.

04

Resume submission workflow

The resume submission workflow standardises the fields and document types accepted by employers who integrate with the portal. Users prepare a submission by selecting a resume version, adding a cover letter if required, and attaching any supporting items. The system validates common file formats and flags missing required fields.

Once submitted, the application record is created in the user's dashboard with a timestamp and initial status. Employers that accept submissions through OrvixVStaff may send structured status updates which are reflected in the tracking interface.

Practical note

Users remain responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all submitted information. OrvixVStaff provides templates and checks but does not verify employment history or credentials on behalf of users.

05

Application tracking details

The tracking dashboard lists active and archived applications, status labels, interview schedules, and a log of messages platform with employers where available. Users can add private notes to each application to record actions taken and outcomes.

Export options enable users to download a report of application activity for a specified period. This can support personal record keeping and provide a clear chronology of job search activity.

06

Support and resources

Support resources include step-by-step guides, template guidance, and a FAQ section covering common processes such as document formatting, submission steps, and subscription management.
